The global food supply chain is often opaque and inequitable. GoodCashew is a technology platform designed to change that, starting with cashews in West Africa. By applying the Research Entrepreneur framework, we use a mobile-first application to connect UK consumers directly with rural farming communities, creating a system that is transparent, fair, and sustainable for all.
