Regenerative Evenings

Weekly gatherings in Queens that blend gentle wellness practices with reflective dialogue — to rest, reconnect, and reimagine a regenerative local economy. Nov 2025 – Jan 2026 · up to 20 guests per session.

What It Is

Regenerative Evenings is a three-month pilot (Nov 2025 – Jan 2026) hosting weekly, small-group gatherings where neighbors decompress from stress, reconnect with each other, and rediscover their capacity to create and belong. Each evening blends sound, scent, breath, and light movement with reflection and dialogue.

We’re exploring a simple question together: What might grow if our community learned to rest, reflect, and regenerate — together?

Experience & Rhythm

  • When: Thursdays, 6:00–8:30 PM

Why It Matters

Our neighborhood carries daily pressure — long commutes, family responsibilities, and economic stress. These evenings offer a weekly pause to restore the nervous system and rebuild social trust. Insights from the series will inform a future community-owned Regenerative Wellness Hub integrating health, creativity, and local ownership.

Community Partners (in development)

  • Carver Bank — Economic Wellness
  • Crunch Gym — Physical-to-Mental Recovery
  • Local Artists & Healers — Creative Restoration
